OK so like I said in my review I was a patient here for 10 yrs. dr I had was ashley Rodgers great dr even took an 5 mins to check how i was really doing.... moved to NY 4 yrs ago and I am now gettin bad news every visit, how can I get my med record

Go in and fill out a release of information. If you need them expedited you can go to Gastonia to the admin office and get them same day.
