I'm not a manager but I am an employee, we have been very short staffed as well as lost a lot of management. We give our all to our guests and hope you come back for a better experience as we are working on our skills to better the team and establishment!
If you ask for a manager when you first start to have issues the rest of your visit would not go so wrong. In the kitchen they have diff stations. The one for the apps are always behind cause so many people order them. Some order as their meal. But it don't matter it still has to go threw that station. But as far as the food goes anything could of happened and you should not of ever waited that long.. asking for a manager to take care of such issue is the first thing you should do. Especially before writing a public review.
