Your hamburgers are terrible. Very disappointed. Waiter was a very good but your food needs much improvement. Place is also very dirty. Needs good cleaning

I went to Applebee's here in Sumter and it took over 45 minutes just to get the appetizer and then took another hour and 15 minutes just to get the food so how are you going to be able to fix your business when you got customers coming in

I'm not a manager but I am an employee, we have been very short staffed as well as lost a lot of management. We give our all to our guests and hope you come back for a better experience as we are working on our skills to better the team and establishment!
