Yes Robin..there's a hotel called the Tides. It's several stories tall. The rooms open to the ocean off your balcony and an overview of the village from your front door. Not expensive..off season. The view..especially the sunrise and sunset... are perfect !!! Hotel staff are excellent !!! Small four block downtown of friendly nice folks !!!! If you are looking for small town vacation directly on the water this is it !!!!
It is a "Juliet" balcony. NO room for chairs.
All rooms are ocean view with a balcony. We've stayed there twice and loved it both times! Within walking distance to many amazing restaurants!

I can confirm that all rooms are ocean view. The walkway to the rooms is on the other side where you can see the little downtown area and the sunset. Balcony is wide but not deep.
I doubt all rooms are ocean view but we stayed Thanksgiving night ha a full ocean view ! Balcony is small no chairs room to Stand and look at the ocean or leave door open.
