It is NOT a full service location. That term refers to an agency that can handle suspension issues which, in Northern New Jersey, are ONLY handled at the Newark and Paterson offices. They also do no handle Reconstructed Titles or issue antique type registration plates like at the Washington office. Newton offers the written test but not road tests. The two closest agencies for the road test are Wayne and Randolph. The Newton Inspection Station is on Moran Street about a half mile away.
I went to Newton New Jersey motor vehicle for my written CDL test pass with flying colors with P & S endorsement but for the road test they told me I have to go to Randolph which is by my house anyway
No inspections. All other services are available including testing.
