Are all dmv open to do everything now since Murphy open the state or dmv is not included in this???? I think I know the answer that dmv does whatever they want but does anyone know ?

You should go online and check the list. Some open and close quickly. Go online and make appointment, you can't just walk in.

You must get appointment online..than pick the closest that is open..site only list the open DMV's
