Can someone please tell me how long is the waiting time for this location?

I arrive at 6. Entered inside 9am.done 10am.

I waited on a line outside that stretched around the building for an hour just to get a number than waited another two hours for that number to be called... so it took me three hours just to renew a registration that took 5 minutes.... plan A LOT of time when you go!!!
