I PURCHASED A SPRINTER/WENNABAGO FROM CHAMPING WORLD, AND REGRET A THOUSAND TIMES OVER HAVING NEVER DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT IS A BRAND NEW RV. THE NAVAGATIAL SYSTEM WENT BAD ON IT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY. WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM THEY TOLD HIM THAT IT WASEN'T TRUE. ALL THEY HAVE TOLD US ARE LIES. THE REFRIGATOR WENT BAD IN IT AND THE HOT WATER STOPED WORKING. SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. LAST YEAR IT LEFT MY FAMILY STRANDED IN GEORGIA. WE HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO GEORGIA TO PICK IT UP. CHAMPING WORLD TOLDS US THEY HAVE 80 OTHER RVs to work on. WE PLANNED TO GO TO A MEMORIAL SERVICE IN VIRGENIA. FOR MY HUSBANDs BROTHER'S WIFE SHE IS RETIRED MILITARY. THE RV WAS IN THE SHOP. THEY HAD ALREADY HAD THE RV IN THE SHOP FOR APROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS.WE ASK THEM TO FIX THE HEATER IN IT AND WE WOULD BRING IT BACK TO THEM. SO WE HAD TO FIND A PLACE TO STAY IN BOONE NC. WE DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE MEMORIAL.GOOD SAM'S CLUB SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They are the most unprofessional people working there that I have ever met!!
Not sure where the phone lines are hooked up, but I can honestly say that I've never heard the phones ring during my visits. It might be easier to make an appointment on their site!
