They do take tiles. However, there are times-not often-when they are unable to accept a donation at that location because they already have too much of something in stock but it's normally big items like bathtubs. If you'd like to be sure your donation will be accepted call first and ask. Even if the specific location is unable to take your item they can tell you where it will be accepted or is needed.
