Instead of trying to get more people to work or dealing with things in a way that would make everyone happy people in line were told to go home and come back later because only one person was on the register and they were doing a passport which would take them another half an hour. It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in a government facility

I had an issue with my mail and it was hard for me to get in contact with a customer service representative to handle my situation. However i found a direct number to the office in Maple Shade where i had the issue and a representative from this office answered my call. Anastasia went above and beyond to assist me. Really happy she answered my call and assisted me. Thank you so much Anastasia!! Great customer service!!
