They cook everything fresh. The wait is worth it.

I live in California but had a chance to eat there. Very good food but had to wait a bit but worth it.
Visit sharks often the food is great and it's always hot. If I'm in a rush I don't go. But I love to get my food hot. I can't speak for anyone else but ASK for me it's sharks. Keep up the good work.
Even in the drive thru they park you but the chicken is excellent
You want your food to be hot and fresh....not cold and unsatisfactory.

For me the service is always on point, I m from The Chi so I’m use to the wait!
Why couldn't I get waited on while others were ahead of me? They had no advance order
You have to call in first. Its way more convenient I promise.
Good food but as others have said you will need a large amount of patience!
