An hour wait in drive through . Stuck in line couldn’t back up or move forward .Once I made it to the window . The food was not ready I was told it was the new grill that’s causing the delay. It’s always this way slow but this Thursday night was ridiculous. I was then told after an additional twenty five more minutes at the drive through that my food was up but it wasn’t Had I not already paid for it I would have left like the person did before me Late for work so I just asked for my money back. The dirty looking unprofessional manager comes to the window complaining about the grill not working I said Had you mention that I would have ordered fried! He asked for my recipe and even the wanted the teas back He didn’t apologize nor tried to make it right. When I mentioned that He said I did tell you I can give you anything fried!!! Stupid I should have been told that over an hour agoAt lease he could have offered me to keep the Tea After sitting in line for over an hour😡 Never again!
