You can see most of it from the dirt paths but there are some grassy areas, nothing paved. It would be very bumpy but doable if someone is pushing the wheelchair.
Yes and know if you have larger tires on it yes because the path is like a loose pea gravel pipestone so it might be hard for the most part in some areas but if you can go on the grass and it's not wet it should be okay
