Are the fishing piers open to the public? How are you able to access the restricted side?

There is a person at the booth from 8 am to usually until 6 pm. You need to buy yearly membership and you get a key to the pier gate and restrooms so you can fish after business hours. Visitors need a daily pass that can be purchased during business hours.

There is a booth with someone to ask during normal business hours at the beginning of the pier next to the restrooms

I'm not sure you would have to call or ask somebody that works there
