Yes it is. All the trails are pretty flat. And depending on how far you want to run, you can combine a couple trails. I don't run there, but I bike a lot. Usually 10 to 15 miles or so. But you can also run the same trails.
You will be able to run on established trails. There will be no sidewalks or pavement for your activity, however the trails are well maintained. There will be distances to cover that are loose sand, similar to running on the beach. Longer excursions may require multiple loops of a main trail route.
