There are currently four or five permanent sites available for placement of approved park model homes. I am not sure but they may be posted on the website's park map.

They have sites to book for vacation. The pull through sites would be best for park model homes. Or even concrete pad sites. Market St is your best bet. But if you're looking for a permanent site for your trailer, there are mobiles for sale on their permanent sites. You may have to inquire (call) about a permanent for your own mobile home.
They do have sites big enough for those
There are almost always sites available . The good thing about pirateland vs the other campgrounds is that they all have basically the same amount of campsites but pirateland has much fewer permanent sites. That equates to not as crowded
They rent homes they have set up on sites plus they have sites for sale. Your best bet is to contact front office
