You can fly a small kite, but not a stunt kite until a little after 5.
Yea saw a lot of kites. Nothing posted about rules
Kite flying is allowed. The hours were not posted. Saw a couple during the day 9-5.
Several kites were flying when we were there, but I dont remember seeing it in the rules. The beach is not crowded at all since it is only for the campground
