I am paying 3 month rate, at 600 a month. But do call. Lots of people stay I know 6mnths and then they have the permanent spots. We have really enjoyed our stay. We also have a covered picnic table I guess 10x10 enclosed it with tarps and is my outside kitchen so nice having extra space, people decorate looks great. Lots of fun.
Call the office and they can answer all your questions. This places is great! We had a camper and came camping here a lot and finally sold it and the truck and bought a permanent place here.
It depends on where the site is located and if your unit will fit on the designated sites.
