Is it possible to get most menu items without cilantro? I realize this is a Tex-Mex place and cilantro is likely an ingredient in many dishes, but wondering if it is just a garnish that can be left off or if it is literally mixed into everything?

They left it out for us. It may be specific to the dish but they were pretty accommodating.
