Free when you dine in
I'm pretty sure the chips and salsa are free when you order carryout as well. Only one order of them though. I've never ordered extra with a carryout, but dine in refills are free as well I think. At least I have never seen them show up on my bill.
And they are warm & fresh with delicious salsa!
