On the way home from Charlotte, bc stopped by drive thru with my children and husband for a few burgers around 5 pm. Girl on the speaker was rude and acted as if her life was miserable and she was not interested in answering any questions or taking my order. Once we get to the window, we wait almost ten minutes right outside of window to pay or receive drinks. Girl comes to the window to collect money and hands out our drinks, I notice we hadn't received one of our drinks so I ask for a receipt (to make sure my order was understood correctly at the speaker) she proceeds to tell me her receipt paper is out .... As if that is something that can't be fixed. So I explain to her that I'm missing a drink. She turns around as I'm talking and rolls her eyes and walks off as I'm speaking. They hand out my bags of food and shut the window. Same girl that was on the speaker brings me another drink and rolls her eyes and walks off as if I was doing her a disservice. Won't be coming back. Absolutely worst customer service these days.

Recently service and food have been great. Drive thru is constantly busy, but wait times are generally pretty good from what you might expect.
