Theatre 99 is not a comedy club, but there are several places that have open mics around town. Theatre 99 doesn't have amateur nights for stand up. They do have classes for improv comedy that are listed on their website. (I'm a performing member there.)

They do have nights where amateurs can do comedy but I think you have to go thru classes with them for a fee. They are amazing and are always available for questions.
