Yes. Named after deceased dogs. Anyone can take in a framed picture of their deceased dog and they will hang it up in the restaurant.
I asked when we were there in November. It was named what a guy was called if he spent too much time at the bar and was going to be in trouble with the wife. He was a "Dead Dog"! Then she said sometime people started asking to hang their favorite picture of their pet dog who had past. Now the walls are the history.
I believe it was in honor of the owners deceased dog. The walls are covered in photos of others deceased dogs as well.
