Please, Please, Please, Please! Never,Never do business with these people. I purchased a 2012 Cascadia from these people and had constant problems with the DPF system. Every time I went to their shop I would be down a minimum of two weeks. Finally the the engine went out with less than 615000 miles. Charged me 31000! Only wanted to give me a 30 day warranty. They would only warranty the parts, at their location only. Not nationwide!!!! The mechanics are not certified. They should be called Meadow Crook!!!! I gave the truck back to them. They put it my credit report. Saying that u owe them well over 100,000 for a 40,000 truck. They sold resold the truck to a guy who had the truck only a couple of weeks and the one box went out, 16000. 00. Poor fella. Oh by the way ,they resold the truck for the same price I bought it for 39995.00. I didn't have the truck for a full year and half...
Transmission keeps jumping out of 4th and 9th gear. The truck was in their shop 3 weeks before I bought it for the same problem. They said they drove it and it was fine. They promised the second day I had it that it would be fixed. They still have not taken care of it. They told me my warranty expired. Transmission has to be rebuilt. 4 to 5,000.00
