Is anyone having problems getting there insulin that they are prescribed. We have been waiting for a prior authorization for about 4 days now and can't get the clinic to call us back

Do not waste your time. Look for another clinic I had a bad experience with them. They dont call you back. I posted a bad review review last January.

Prior authorization can take up to 10 to 14 days depending on your insurance and how quickly they respond to a request from the office.To expedite request call your insurance company.
