I've purchase groceries in the liquor department along with alcohol before. And flexiability should be allowed in extreme cases like today's run on the grocery store. You'll never convince me that management didn't see this coming. You need better planning and a way to offer better service in such instances such as today. Policies are designed to be adjusted..not a good answer or good customer service in my opinion.Just an excuse to hide poor planning is what I see or Woodmans doesn't care about its customers inconvenience. I see they are more concerned about selling high ticket alcohol and letting grocery buyers stand in line up to an hour when self service machines in the liquor department sit idle. Not impressed one bit.
Yeah I understand your frustrations as someone should have been there to help you out I feel...I'm not affiliated with the store but as someone in customer service I would have noticed that and came to see if I could help out with that problem
