I haven't seen dried green pepper. I have been shopping there since around 1992. By the way I do not own the market so basically I do not know.

I haven't seen green pepper flakes, but that's not to say they don't have it ( there is a large wall where the vegetables are...seasonings are stacked by name A-Z).

Never seen it. I know they do have red Chilli flakes though.
