I have been shopping at Dekalb Farmer's Market since 1992. I have not ever seen gyro meats sold there and I look at everything in the meat department. They sell very high quality pork. It isn't cheap, but it is worth the cost.

I recently purchased lamb chops from their lamb section. But I’m not sure if they specifically have gyro meat….
I believe it us as they have a vast selection of fresh meats.
They do keep a supply of lamb meat products (chops, shoulder, etc). Call ahead to see if the cut your looking for is available and see if they will hold it for you.
I have seen large lamb flanks in the past but I didn't notice any on my most recent visit.
