It is a great place to live. Quiet and clean. I like that it is off the main road, kinda back in a little cut, lol. Basically with the way the location is set up nobody is back here unless they belong. We don't get people just wandering through here. There is no unneeded traffic. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. So far i haven't noticed anyone being a "Mrs.Kratvitz" (nosey 👃). I also haven't witnessed any sort of police presence sense I moved here almost 2 years ago. I haven't even mentioned the beautiful views of the Ashley River or the convenience, you are right in the middle of the Charleston area. It only takes 10 minutes to get Downtown, 15 minutes to Mt. Pleasant and 5 minutes and you are in West Ashley. Tanger Outlet is just 2 exits over off Interstate 26. You are literally just around the corner from everything. Overall I am very grateful that I have such a nice place to call home!
Quiet.... right off the Ashley river. 5 minutes away from downtown Charleston and right across the bridge from West Ashley. Overall it's a beautiful place to live
