Why is the reservation seating chart different than the actual Cinema room configuration?? Reserved four seats to find I had to sit behind other patrons. Feel like I was cheated!

At least in the Imax theatre, I haven't found that to be the case.

I don't think the reservation chart is followed like in other theatres. If you would have told an employee, they may have given you the proper seats.

Interesting..... I have never had that issue before. You should've brought it up to managment.
