my granddaughter is visiting from out of town. she does not have her father's Belks card. may she shop in the Laurens, SC, store if she has the number only ?

As long as she has card number memorized and has proof, id think that they would do this.. HOWEVER... Perhaps the wisest is to simply call them bc everyone's policy is different.

Belk's like most retailors that accept Company issued charge cards have the means to help the customer with these types of issues in their Stores!
