I have used this same location multiple times and had services by different stylist every single visit. Lived in the area for about 7 years, it's really the only local place other than Walmart and they went appt only after covid hit. Most recently took my boyfriend there for a simple trim and face. Messed his hair up he had to tell her to cut the front of his hair back, she didn't really listen to what he wanted. Left the back of his crown area longer than anything else in his head so it just sticks up and looks poofy. Will have to either attempt a home fix or pay for someone else to even it out plus have the front evened out. She looked at the notes and he said fade with a trim. But it looks really layered and he says she only used scissors no clippers. So it looks really choppy. I went in last time about a year ago, showed the girl what I wanted told her my hair is naturally curly/wavy so please be aware of the shrinkage. She started pushing on my back to ask if that's how long I wanted it. When I told her I have nerve problems and can't feel where she's touching me she laughed. Told me to bend my head forward to cut it to allow for sinkage. I wanted it between my shoulder blades around the bra strap area even showed her a picture. What I got was a long bob above the shoulders. As soon as she finished she immediately tells me "I did exactly as you asked for so don't say I messed it up, not sure why it came out that short" I just paid and left.... Since they can't even do a simple trim on a man or do what's asked when showed a picture. I won't be going back and since my disability is apparently funny I'll find someone else that accommodate me. They really need to crack down on this store.

I wish I could remember the woman's name who cut my hair there... She had green highlights in her hair, and she was awesome! She was fun and funny and did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I hope she sees this!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
