Been here for more than 45 minutes and have only received our cup of soup. The store has only 4 tables. The soup has been very watery.

That's out of character for them. I've been there many times and haven't had any issues. Maybe they were having an off day...

I was there in September, the service was good. Perhaps it's dropped in customer service.
