This is weird, I know this Verizon well and they're very straightforward and open about included fees and other things. They're always looking to help you as long as they're not already helping other customers or dealing with ongoing store business.
And that is better than, say, AT&T???? T-Mobile???? Sprint????? Good luck if you are going to switch carriers!!!!
