La Fontana Authentic Italian Restaurant SC - All questions

Hey Stacie, I'm David and I've been with La Fontana for nearly 5 months now. I work tomorrow from 11AM-4PM. We never add any extra salt to the salads or calamari. The cheeses and meats we serve come directly from an Italian distributor. They are naturally cured and a bit high in sodium as most all cured meats and cheeses. It may be the marinated veggies served with the Antipasto.

Many times & the calamari same too salty . we enjoy good ethnic foods , my step dad is Greek & I wad raised on feta lol & fan%fantastic dishes . he always taught me to never let the salt be your main ingrediant . let the natural flavor come through . When working with pickled foods & meats & olives etc. You really need to balance out I will touch base with them tomorrow . ;))my texting is horrible tonight sry. .
