Unfortunately, DSS can remove a child from a home and place them in foster care without parental consent. They are supposed to do what they think is in the best decision of the child, although sometimes they do destroy families instead of helping them. Praying for yall.

Calling isn't the answer! Go to the office and stick around long enough to talk with some one. Remember that kindness and patience get you farther than most. Keep a constant prayer with you as well, I hope this helps...

Stay on them and yes get one .And make sure you make a list of every time you called and who you talked to .Keep records of every thing you do and never get upset with them and use ugly words.

Attorney is your best route but you gonna have to find out your childs caseworker and supervisor and not over the phone
