I need to change my user name on claim all it will let me do is change the password how do I do this I can't get into my account?

Try going to One Stop beside Trial County Tech in Anderson on Michelin blvd

Option 2 - Forgot User NameIf you have forgotten your User Name, please click retrieve User Name. You will be prompted for information about your account, and when matched, you will establish a new password then have access to your account....i dont know if you will have option to change username but this should give you access to your account...hope it helps
