There are a few varieties that are typically ready in mid-August too, like Honeycrisp. Outside of that, generally Sept/Oct, as there are always new varieties ready every week in the Fall.

Check their schedule, they officially open Labor day weekend but they do sell their early ripening varieties earlier, best to call them. During the season it is best to go during the week to avoid the crowds on the weekends. I have known this family for over thirty years, wonderful people.
