This is a fun little market. Full of fresh produce and hand made cheeses etc.

How much does it cost to have a location? If I am not selling anything but rather offering a service or just giving out information, does that cost anything?

Yes you still have to pay but it's not much. Maybe $25 for one time booth.

Where is market located when raining....in RR Depot?

Thanks for your question! Today (10-10-20) the market was canceled due to flash flood watch. When it’s raining the market is usually still on in its original location outdoors.
