Is it true that balcony seats are numbered 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. when they are right next to each other?

Yes. Odd seats are on one side and even numbers on the other so seats 17 and 19 would be next to each other

Orchestra left seats are odd number, 1,3,5 etc. orchestra rights seats are even number 2,4,6,etc. orchestra center are sequential, 1,2,3, etc.
