I've found a black dog with white paws. I've given it good & water. Can someone help me with this? It doesn't belong to any of my neighbors but may be from a local neighbor hood.

You can take it to any vet and see if it's chipped, if not you can surrender it to the shelter and hope it gets adopted. Another option is to find a specialized rescue center.
