Google search designated this restaurant as one where we could find gluten free items. How do we know which items are prepared gf?

We are able to prepare a large amount of our menu with gluten free items. Any of the sandwiches can be prepared with gluten free bread or wraps (pending supply), the dips can be prepared with corn tortilla chips instead of pita. The flatbreads are the only item we are truly unable to change. Hope that helps!
