Yes it's a very small battlefield and visitors center. There are placards at important stops around the battlefield. They are all along the road. If you can stop when the visitor center is open, try to because it's run by supporters of the battlefield. No federal or state funding. They do a awesome job of interpreting the battle.
Yes. As mentioned the museum and cemetery are locked, however, you can look at the information displayed and walk the area.
I think that you can.There is also a graveyard you can go and walk around inside of the fence.This graveyard may be locked after hours.
