I always do delivery and I have had an item left out about 3 times and it is always listed in items received. How do I get that fixed??

The app and website have customer service you can call to provide feedback. The reps are very helpful and kind.

1. Talk to the store manager. Fastest and easiest resolution. Could be a training issue or the delivery person could be skimming. 2. Keep asking for a refund on those items and cite the correct reason. They'll get the picture eventually.
