Unfortunately, my perception, not only at Brandsmart but most other retailers and businesses is the continued erosion of the concept of service. I honestly believe that management does not care about service they are far more focused a meeting sales numbers. especially business like this the deals in volume.

Unfortunately the Costumers service people does whatever. I am pretty sure Management don't realize how bad these folks are. If you're not too far, just drive by and talk to a Manager...

They close at 9pm. So they probably are not answering the phone on purpose 😞
I think their customer service is on duty, but they are poorly organized, and English does not appear to be their first language
