Do you pierce 15 yr olds septums? If so, what form of ID do we need? And do you accept cash or credit

For septum is used with a needle, so they actually need a Birth certificate and a school ID, or passport in place of school ID, if not those we accept the SafePass cards that come with school pictures. need 2 forms of ID for minor and parent needs to have ID as well. can be about any age. accept pretty much any payment besides check.

Have to be with a parent who had a valid ID, birth certificate, must be 14. Not sure about payment stuff
