Is open or not ? In the Web it’s says it’s open all the time and two different times I drove for 50 minutes to get there to find out it was close and I called them but nobody answer the phone

Still a great place to walk approaching from Grover Av or Ingles Market, even though one cannot cross the river yet. Bridge is to be replaced soon.
