I have an improperly staked gas key on my new 10.5 300 Blackout complete upper. I sent an email to BCA customer service with no response. Calling is a waste of time. Any suggestions? Should I return it?

You can always tell the first time AR owner by their irrational concern with perfect bolt stalking. Return it?! If you're that f'n worried about it, go get a hammer and old screwdriver and whack it again. Make sure to take and post lots of pictures after, it wont shoot until the rest of the forum approves.

I'm not sure why calling them is hit or miss but when I message them on Facebook they usually respond the next day.

I don't think I would return it without a return authorization first. Give them another call, maybe ask for the manager.
