Accidentally ordered at a wrong location and immediately called to cancel. The phone number listed is just a tech support line that hangs up on you. Absolutely horrible costumer service. Also if you thought hold music was bad then you'll hate the self advertising annoying guy repeating as you wait for hours on hold.

I have been to this Papa John's several times and used a County discount card. It was never an issue until today. I was told that I couldn't use my discount card since I ordered a special. That's interesting since every other time I ordered a special I was allowed to use my discount card. The manager basically called me a liar and said they never honor a card with a coupon. I will not return. It was only worth going when they honor my discount card. Otherwise there are better options for the price.

Pizza and breadsticks are great asked to leave order at back door, was left at side door. Asked for extra ranch received no ranch only pizza sauce

Definitely better than it was a few years back. They lost a star for giving me one wrinkled pepperchini for a 2 pizza order... I love them and it's one of the important parts when getting papa johns... the peppers and the garlic butter sauce
