My wife and I have only lived here for about a month and honestly I’m pleased with everything. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because our upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy.

I feel the management needs to step up a bit, it’s very aggravating that I, a paying resident, struggle to park on a regular basis due to unregulated parking privileges. Edit: also maybe do a little checking into the potential future tenants, if the individual misspells their name than maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to rent

I lived here a few years ago and the parking was frustrating. They would allow someone with a work truck to park sideways by the then tennis court and take up three spaces as well as drop nails on the pavement. I had my tires damaged several times because of it and nothing was ever done about it when i complained. Children were running around unsupervised as well throwing rocks at each other and in the process would damage cars. Over all it was pretty quiet and convenient for what i needed. The bathrooms and closets are pretty small though.

Overall the apartment complex is okay. They could definitely use some improvements. They have a dog park that isn't properly taken care of and it doesn't help that "some of" the residents don't do their part and some also don't follow the rules of the park that's posted. The dog park use to be a basketball court but that was suddenly taken away. They have a car wash but there is no hose so you have to bring your own (which this has not always been like that. They use to keep one there for residents) and the vacuum works from tine to time. Car wash has some standing water most times and in warmer weather that's a hang out for mosquitoes. The parking in certain parts of the complex is terrible because they don't have enough space for the residents--that's at least 2 cars per apartment. They have in your lease about how many vehicles per apartment and that guest should park farther away but it doesn't help. They don't monitor this and "some of" the residents tend to not be considerate of that as well. When it comes to pets "some residents" do not pick up after their pets no matter how many times you put a note on their door. Internet service is weird out there. Most times when entering complex signal gets bad. But a lot of things in the lease are not enforced. Again overall the complex is cool. Simpson could do alittle better since it looks like rent has been increased over the years.
